2morrow.ai, LLC runs Home Game Shows. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
1. What we collect
- Your account email address, if you sign in as a host.
- Your household name and the display names of players in it.
- The shows, questions and answers a host creates.
- Plays and scores from games that are run.
- A first-party cookie (
hgs_anon) we use to count how visitors move through the site — not a third-party tracker. - Other cookies and on-device storage the site needs to work: your sign-in session (Supabase), which household profile is active (
hgs_profile), and, on your own device only, a guest's seat in a game, a TV's pairing key, the sound on/off setting, an unsent show draft, and the under-13 answer described below. - A sign-in log: when a host account was created and each time it signs in, the IP address, the browser and device type, and an approximate location (city, region, country) estimated from the IP address. We use it to keep accounts secure and to stop abuse, such as one person opening many free accounts.
- A record of each purchase and refund (what, when, how much) — never your card number.
When a guest joins from their phone, they give a first name or nickname and a birth year. The birth year is checked to confirm they're old enough to join on their own device and is not stored. If it shows they are under 13, their phone remembers only that (not the year) for 24 hours, so the answer can't simply be changed on a second try.
2. What we don't do
We don't use ad networks or advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information. Two outside services load on our pages: the TicketZero support chat, which keeps its own session identifier in your browser and sends basic usage data to TicketZero, and Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when the fonts load.
3. Update emails
Before you host for the first time, we ask for your consent to occasional update emails (new shows, features and offers) — the checkbox says: “Email me occasional updates about Home Game Shows: new shows, features and offers. A few a year, never shared, unsubscribe any time.” Agreeing is part of starting the free week: it's how we offer free access. If you already have a pass, it's optional. We store the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed to it. You can withdraw that consent any time on your Account page (“Email updates”), or with the unsubscribe link in any update email; withdrawing never ends a free week or a pass. We never share your email address with anyone else.
4. How we use it
To run the product: create and play your shows, sign you in, send sign-in and invite email, generate and safety-check the questions and answers a host writes, prevent abuse, and understand how people move through the site so we can improve it.
5. Who we share it with
We use the following services to run Home Game Shows. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase — our database and sign-in system; it stores and hosts the data above.
- Vercel — hosts the application.
- Google Gemini API — the text a host types about their people is sent here to generate and safety-check the show's questions.
- Stripe — handles payments. We never see or store your card number.
- Amazon SES — sends sign-in, invite, purchase and refund email, and keeps a delivery log.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot check when you sign in.
- TicketZero — the support chat in the corner of the site; it receives what you type into it and basic usage data.
- Google Fonts — serves the site's typefaces.
6. How long we keep it
A guest's seat in a show — their name and any answers they gave — is purged 7 days after the play. The sign-in log is kept 12 months. A kid profile is deleted as soon as it is removed from the household. Account, household and show data a host creates is kept until the account is deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, detached from the account once it is deleted.
7. Personal shows stay personal
A show you make about your own people is never made public. Only shows a host explicitly publishes to the catalog, after review, are visible to anyone else.
8. Children's privacy
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Guests confirm a birth year to join on their own phone, which is checked and not stored; anyone under 13 cannot join a show that way. A kid profile is just a first name a parent or guardian typed in — the kid doesn't sign in and has no account of their own. Hosts must be 18 or older.
Parents: if you believe your child under 13 gave us personal information, or you want to see or delete what a host entered about your child, contact us at info@homegameshows.com or by mail at 2morrow.ai, LLC, 2730 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste B # 1013, Denver, CO 80227. We'll confirm you're the parent or guardian, then show you the information or delete it, and stop any further use. We aim to do this within 30 days.
9. Your choices
Everything a host creates is editable and exportable at any time. You can delete your account yourself on your Account page (“Delete my account”): that removes your account, your household, its profiles and every show you made. We keep only the record of a payment, detached from your account, because payment records must be kept. If you'd rather we do it, email info@homegameshows.com from the account's email address.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the change on this page and update the effective date above.
