These terms cover your use of Home Game Shows, run by 2morrow.ai, LLC. Home Game Shows lets you make personal game shows, host them on a television, and have guests join from their phones with a code. By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts and guests
Hosts sign in with their email address and an 8-digit code we send them. Guests who just want to play don't need an account or an email — they join with an anonymous session tied to the show. On their phone, a guest gives a first name or nickname and their birth year; the birth year is checked to confirm they're old enough to join on their own device and is not stored. Anyone under 13 cannot join a show on their own phone. Kid profiles are just a first name a parent or guardian typed in — they don't sign in and don't have their own account.
2. Free trial
New hosts get a free trial — 7 days. It starts when you press “Start my free week”, not when you sign up, and ends automatically. It can be started within 90 days of creating your account; after that it is no longer available. To start it, you agree to receive occasional update emails from us (see the privacy policy); you can withdraw that consent any time, and withdrawing does not end your free week. No card is required to start it, nothing is ever charged, and it does not renew or convert into a subscription. Once the trial ends, your household keeps the Free plan: 1 new show from the free library each month, and you can replay any show you already have. No new shows of your own. To make new shows, or to play more library shows, you buy a pass — and nothing you made is deleted; every show and library game stays viewable and exportable. The Free plan's month runs from the moment your free week ended, not from the calendar month.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to put into a show, or use the service to create or share, content that:
- is hateful or discriminatory,
- is sexual content involving minors,
- harasses or targets a real person,
- infringes someone else's trademark or copyright.
You're responsible for what you type about real people. Only include people who'd be happy to be in the show. No real TV show names or trade dress are allowed.
4. Content and moderation
Everything a host creates is editable and exportable. Generated content goes through an automated safety check before it can be played. We can remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms.
5. Payments
Passes are a one-time payment — never a subscription, never set to auto-renew. Pricing and how long a pass lasts are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. An Event Pass starts counting at your first game; if no game is ever played, an unstarted Event Pass lapses after the period shown on that page. Prices are in US dollars. These are launch prices. A pass you buy keeps exactly what it says here; prices and limits for new passes may change later. Passes bought before 2026-10-01 keep the terms they were sold with.
A pass includes a number of credits for making episodes with AI. An episode is one set of questions made with AI for one of your shows. It holds up to 16 questions. Each game you play from it has 3 rounds and 8 questions, drawn fresh from the episode each time you replay it. Making an episode uses one credit; replaying it never does. A new show starts with its first episode. These are the maximums; we don't make or store a larger episode.
While a pass is active you can add 10 more episodes to it for $14.99 (a top-up). A top-up lasts exactly as long as the pass it was added to, and is refundable on the same terms as a pass. A pass that has a top-up on it is refunded after the top-up.
Up to 60 participants per game, you included. A participant is anyone who joins from their phone to put their name on the board and keep the result card. Joining is optional, so the rest of the room can just play along. It's the same on every pass and the free week, and never costs extra.
6. Refunds
See our refund policy for how and when you can get your money back — including the exception for a pass that has already been used but was hit by a recorded outage.
7. Service provided as-is
We work to keep the service reliable, but it's provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the change on this page and update the effective date above.
11. Copyright / DMCA
If you believe content on Home Game Shows infringes your copyright, email info@homegameshows.com with: a description of the work, the material you believe infringes it, its location on the service, and your contact information. We'll review and respond.
12. Children
Home Game Shows is for adults to host. Anyone under 13 cannot create an account or join a show on their own device.
