Passes on Home Game Shows are a one-time payment — never a subscription, and never set to auto-renew. Pricing and how long a pass lasts are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
Our policy
You can refund a pass yourself, within 14 days of buying it, as long as it hasn't been used: no game has been played and no episode has been made with it. The same goes for a top-up of extra episodes; a pass with a top-up on it is refunded after the top-up. You get the full amount back on the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days, and the pass stops working right away.
Once a pass has been used, it is non-refundable — unless our systems recorded Home Game Shows being down or unusable for at least 10 minutes during your game. In that case the pass is still refundable, the same way, within the 14-day window. This matters most for Event Passes: an Event Pass is for one event, so outside that exception, once the event has started, the pass can't be refunded.
The free week and complimentary passes cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Deleting your account is not a refund. Whatever is left on your passes is lost with the account. If a pass can still be refunded, request the refund before you delete.
How to get a refund
Sign in, open your Account page, find the payment under Payments and choose Request refund. That's it — no email and no form. The button is there for as long as the pass can be refunded.
